Before You Order
Mary Blum hand-fabricates her jewelry. Please allow two weeks for this process.
All items are described in detail to the best of Mary’s ability.
Due to the organic and one-of-a-kind nature of gemstones and pearls, your item may vary slightly from what is depicted in the product photographs.
Individual monitor and/or mobile settings may vary slightly from the depiction in photographs.

Mary Blum accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay and After Pay.
All custom sizing and sale items are final.
California residents are subject to sales tax.
Customization
If you wish to have a current design customized to your specification (i.e. different stone or metal), please contact Mary for more information and pricing. Customized pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Commissions
Mary Blum welcomes commissioned pieces. If you are interested in a custom project, please contact her to begin your commissioned project. Commissioned pieces are agreed upon in writing and require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Repairs
If your jewelry is in need of repair, please use the form below and Mary will contact you to discuss the repair and applicable cost. Please note that Mary can only repair jewelry she has created herself.
Shipping
US Domestic Shipping
All items ship free of charge to United States residences via insured USPS Priority mail. Once your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, use the tracking number provided to monitor delivery status via the USPS Tracking system. Items $500 and over will be shipped with signature confirmation. Due to the value of jewelry, Mary cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Your jewelry will ship in a gift box. Mary takes great pride in using environmentally friendly packaging and shipping materials. Please refer to Mary’s Commitment to Sustainability for more information.
In the highly unlikely event your package arrives damaged by the shipper, please take photographs of the damage and retain all packaging materials. Please contact Mary within 48 hours of receipt so she may assist you in rectifying the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to Canada and many International destinations. International shipping is charged at a flat rate. All packages are insured for full retail value and declared on the custom forms. International customers are responsible for duty and taxes. If your destination is not listed at the checkout, or you need expedited shipping, please use the contact form to receive a shipping quote.
Returns
Marys want you to love your new jewels. Therefore, unless it is a custom piece, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within five (5) days of receipt.
First, please email Mary to let her know the reason you wish to return the piece; if it is an issue that she can resolve, she prefers to attempt that so that you are happy with your purchase. If she cannot resolve it, then carefully package the jewelry and ship it back to her. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Your package must be fully insured with a tracking number. Mary cannot provide a refund for packages that are lost or damaged by the shipper.
Once Mary has the unworn and undamaged jewelry back in hand, she will immediately issue your refund in the same manner as it was purchased. It may take several days to post to your credit card, but you will receive notification once she initiates the refund.
Lastly, Mary cannot accept returns on items that are worn or damaged, nor can she accept a return on any customized piece (rings sized to your specifications are a prime example), unless she has made an error in that customization/sizing.
