This lovely pendant features a platinum-hued saltwater Akoya pearl, crowned by blue sapphires and held in place by an 18K gold pin. The pearl hangs from hand-fabricated 18K twisted wire chain, which in turn hangs from an 18K bail ring. All of the 18K gold with which Mary works is recycled.
