This beautiful ring carries the Age of Exploration in its design. A single compass rose plaque serves as the crown held aloft by the wide 7mm band of recycled argentium silver. Reminiscent of a mediaeval signet ring one might have found on a de Medici, the ring stands out on the hand. Oxidized dark and then burnished to bring up the brightness of the silver, the ring is accented with two 18K gold orbs to either side of the compass rose, making it a little celestial place marker.
The ring, which is stunning on a man’s hand as on a woman’s, as pictured is a size 6; simply choose your full or half-size at check-out. Because of the wide band and 15mm compass rose, you might want to choose a half-size up from your normal size for a more comfortable fit.
